Prof. Dr.Prasanta Kumar Mishra

Biography

Prof. Dr.Prasanta Kumar Mishra is one of the most esteemed Endocrinologists in India. He holds an experience of 40 years in the medical field. He completed his DM – Endocrinology from Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh in 1983, MD & MBBS – from SCB Medical College, Cuttack Utkal University in 1977 &1973.

He started his career at the Department of Endocrinology in the Govt. Medical College of the state of Odisha (from 1983-2009) and Professor of Endocrinology at SCB Medical College, Cuttack (from 1998-2009). He is associated with more than 30 publications in the international and national journals.

Ex-Inspector of Endocrinology (Medical council of India).

ICMR Research: Principal Investigator for long term Projects on diabetics-two successfully completed.

D.M (Endocrinology) examiner to different universities of India.
